A native Californian, Gevin defies categorization. Musically and vocally she was well defined by the age of thirteen. While music and acting may be a passionate cornerstone in her life, the building blocks that comprise this complex woman include motorcycle enthusiast, athlete, model, SAG/AFTRA actor, stuntperson, artist, teacher and entrepreneur. 

background and STARdom

In high school and college her activities included Basketball, softball (which earned her world and national championship ranking) and track, volleyball, table tennis, (which earned her State Championship ranking along with a slot in the Athletic Hall of Fame. Along the way she also became proficient billiards player (earning a Conference Championship), archer, snow ski instructor, ocean kayaking, and equestrian. Last but not least, she has been riding motorcycles for over fifty years during which she became a motorcycle test driver/mechanic for the Transportation Research Center. 

Gevin has performed professionally as a headliner singing to standing room only crowds at numerous venues. She made her debut at the Whiskey A Go Go and the Troubadour in Hollywood. When MCA recording artists "Klymaxx" put out a call for a bass player/vocalist Gevin was immediately brought on board. During her stay with the band she appeared on National Television, performed in music videos for MTV, VH1 and Soul Train. She performed on the bands last album "The Maxx Back", which hit #13 on the top 100 Billboard Chart.  

for the LOVE of bikes

Gevin's ongoing love for motorcycles landed her a principle role in a Discovery Channel/ Turner Broadcasting Super Station Network Documentary called "Biker Women", in which she not only rides her vintage Shovelhead Harley Davidson across half the United States but also sings in several shows. This documentary aired World Wide on the Discovery Channel, Turner Broadcasting Network, Smithsonian Channel and The Life Time Channel. Gevin has been a four time cover girl, has been featured in Four books and has appeared in Rolling Stones, People, Time, most recently Union Magazine and several magazines in Europe. Adding to the finishing touch to the above is a Masters Degree in Education with a Psychology Minor. Gevin's High energy does indeed convey her passions. The combination of her unique style and charismatic presence has captivated even the most opinionated audiences. 

In addition to her ongoing love of music and motorcycles, Gevin is also a talented cobbler. She has been collecting and re-purposing all-things leather for the last 40 years and is a badass when it comes to redesign and leatherworking.
